Whether people meet with me for personal coaching or for spiritual direction, I’m all about helping people move deeper into a connected relationship with God in the stuff of ordinary life.

Spiritual direction is an ongoing relationship that provides open space to move under the surface of your life, with God. The time is reflective and personal, as we listen for your heart and God’s heart, together.
In personal coaching, I’m more hands-on, giving you guidance and direction in how to relate with God. I’m happy to give suggestions; feel free to contact me!
